Dear PMCAA Friends and Colleagues,

I am humbled and honored to welcome you to Patiala Medical College Alumni Association’s (PMCAA’s) 44th Annual Convention at the beautiful Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. As you all know the life had almost stopped for everyone including PMCAA due to COVID pandemic for the last couple of years. Now that COVID is under much better control, there had been a lot of interest to restart our annual meetings. As our plans for holding a meeting were all disrupted, we decided to hold an offseason meeting in Arizona so we can begin our regular process going forward. I hope we get a good attendance this year as the PMCAA family has been longing to see each other desperately for a while. Eventough all of our previous meetings in Arizona have been excellent but we promise that this meeting will even be better. We are working around the clock, having frequent meetings of the planning team to make sure that you are all fully satisfied. This year's convention will cater to both learning and fun as participants and their families will have the opportunity to relax at the beautiful resort and play their luck at the adjoining casino. We will make you feel like you are in Las Vegas. We have arranged good entertainment for you for every evening from Thursday through Saturday. Participants will also be academically stimulated by the CME, where you will get opportunity to listen to some of the best speakers in the field of Medical Education.

First and foremost, I would like to thank all members of my team for spearheading the planning of the entire meeting. Without their support this meeting would not have been possible.

I would like to personally thank the association and its members who always make a great effort to attend the meeting. Their commitment and dedication means so much to us.

It has been a great privilege to be the PMCAA president once again this year. Being your Executive Secretary for many years as well as having previous experience as a president, I promise that we will have a wonderful and very successful meeting. Our organization has been continuously growing and I am proud to say that some of the young members taking a lead role are from Phoenix. They are the future of this organization. I look forward to meeting and celebrating it with all of you. Please enjoy your stay at Talking Stick Resort. I am sure this meeting will again be one of the memorable ones.

Dear PMCAA Colleagues,

On behalf of the PMCAA, It is truly a privilege and honor to welcome you all for our upcoming meeting of the Patiala Medical College Alumni Association. I am happy to share with you all that we are resuming our annual meetings of the PMCAA once again and moving forward to have a normal life. Before our final decision, we asked you for your opinion for starting these meetings again and it was heartwarming to see your positive response. Just like many of you, I am excited and eagerly waiting to see our friends. The meeting has been scheduled from November 10-13, 2022 in Scottsdale, Arizona at a beautiful Talking Stick Resort. As this is an off-season meeting in November this year, we are lucky to have an exceptionally beautiful weather around that time. Scottsdale is every visitor's dream and I am sure you will have lot of fun.

I am lucky to be working with the Arizona team again that has brought you amazingly beautiful meetings in the past in 2008 and 2017. I would like to personally thank the members of the team as well as all of you who always make a great effort to attend the meeting.

I am very pleased to inform you that Dr. Jagwinder Sraow belongs to the batch of GOMCO 1971 and they are celebrating their Golden jubilee this year. It is my honor to invite the batch of 1971 to my residence and dedicate the evening for the Golden Jubilee celebration for this respected batch. I am also inviting all those who arrive early along with their families on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 for a friendly dinner and entertainment that evening. I am sure you will enjoy the festivities.
